To the extent permitted under law, by your use of our tools and services you agree that you will not hold us liable for any actual or alleged losses you may incur, for example if we suffer an interruption in our service to you.
No porn or illegal material
Our services may not be used to measure, distribute or promote pornography or illegal materials either directly or indirectly. We obey the laws of the USA, and in particular those of Delaware and Florida, as should you.
Right to terminate services
We, Guanoo Inc, reserve the right to terminate our services to you for any or no reason, and at any time. This is a catch-all clause that we sincerely hope never to invoke. If you've paid a subscription we will refund you pro rata.
Data ownership
You accept that the data that we collect on your behalf is jointly owned by you and our company Guanoo Inc. You accept that we may use and publish this data in our day-to-day business, e.g. for trend analysis.
